"I worked a 19 hour shift just to find my room had no hot water nor any front desk to talk to in the early morning hours, my room phone didn’t work either. I left a note requesting a late check out and luckily I woke up early because this hotel doesn’t offer late check out past 12\. When I went to leave I let the front desk know and they didn’t seem to care, they just said thanks well let maintenance know. Terrible rooms and rude staff, I’ll never make the mistake of booking la Quinta again… "

"the heater was not working, i went back to the reception, the staff in charge instead of helping me find a solution she simply said the maintenance person is not there, the heater should be working instead of ofering a solution, I literally had to tell her how i could sleep in a cold room on a cold day and why she cant simply find another room, eventulayy she found another room on the gorund floor that was smelling, this is rediculous that you have a person in charge that was so unhelpful, the person in charge seemed inexperienced and needs training to be in the front desk dealing with customers"

"We had such a great experience at Colorado River Camping Resort! The cabin had everything we needed, which made our stay feel comfortable and easy from the moment we arrived. It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We also arrived after hours, and the staff made the check-in process so smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The office staff overall were attentive, kind, and made us feel very welcomed. It was a peaceful, enjoyable stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a simple, relaxing getaway!"
