"When arrived lady at front desk must of been having a ruff day put the other days she was very nice the staff was nice and helpful. My 3 stars was because hot tub in the pool area was not working and I was definitely most looking forward to it the ice machine and laundry washer where not working on our 3rd floor. This is my 3rd time booking at this hotel and I will still recommend it to anyone."

"The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me most was that I accidentally left my AirPods under the pillow, with my phone number clearly written on the case. When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that they had not been found. It is difficult to understand how housekeeping could change the linens and make the bed without noticing a black AirPods case under the pillow. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with the level of service and dishonesty."

"This is my 2nd stay at this Hotel. I love it! It is SO clean. David B at the front desk was SO amazing. He made our evening in the bar so enjoyable as we watched the basketball game. There are so many great restaurants nearby within walking distance. I love this place!"

"Lock on door would not work. Room was not cleaned for 2 days of our stay. Dust was built up in corner of room. Young girl up at front desk was rude. Breakfast is from 7 to 9"
