Agritourism Comerio Hotels

Spaciousness was impressive, location ver convenient but you need a navigating system for sure! Spa very nice, not huge but enough of everything. Bed was super comfy, mixture of contemporary and traditional decor very successfull and tasteful. Breakfast for this quality hotel could be more diverse and fullsome.

The Agriturismo Al Marnich is one of the few remaining authentic, family-run agriturismo, serving locally grown, homemade food both at breakfast and dinner. I travel quite a bit around the world and every year I find there are fewer and fewer authentic, family-run hotels/restaurants. Unfortunately, many close and are replaced by hotel chains that all look exactly the same, more or less like an airport terminal. This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.
