"OMGOSH OMGOSH OMGOSH This was the perfect spot for my family and I. This place is a gem. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our family meals. The kitchen was well stocked pots, pans, bowls, and there were more than just basic spices in the cabinet. There is an ice maker but bring a bag of ice. The game room was, for my granddaughters, the best. As soon as you get there turn on the a/c. It won't take long for the room to cool. The backyard, great. We were able to walk barefoot with no issues. We didn't use the grill or smoker but they're there ad appeared to be in good shape. There is a fire oit but my folks forget wood so no smores. The host provides the makings for smores including the sticks to put the marshmallows on. And the dock was magical. This was my first time fishing. I'm hooked(pun intended). We also night fished. All in all this was the best weekend ever.Now s few things that may help. Bring extra blankets, maybe a small box of plastic ware. There is silverware so its up to you. A bag of ice and firewood, that I mentioned earlier in this post. Now there are lots of spifers big and small we just swept the webs and spiders away. No big deal. After wee swept we spraid spray. Kept them away so we could enjoy the picnic table and dock. Mosquitoes came out with a beng. Those citronella bracelets and i wiped everyone down with lavender oil wipes ( made them myself) I only got. 2 bites and no one else got any.This rental was great the host was great."

"The hotel location is perfect, next to Walmart, Whataburger and a restaurant. Nicely clean and the breakfast was good, same selections though but good. I loved that the room was nice and cold but the bed was uncomfortable and water from taking a shower was getting on the floor from the thin cloth shower curtain. The pool and hot tub are inside, hot tub wasn’t working but was told it’s getting fixed, the pool water is freezing cold but felt great since it was in the 100s outside during my stay. In all I would definitely stay at this hotel again due to location and how clean it is. "
