"Upon walking into our room I noticed that the floor was not clean, hadn’t even been swept it seemed like, one of our pillows had someone’s hair on it, and unfortunately the bathroom was EXTREMELY moldy. We were extremely unsatisfied with the condition of our room and we aren’t even picky people, we mostly camp so when we pay for a hotel we want it to at least be clean and safe. "

"NO shower curtain in the bathroom, no one at the desk, We called after we left at 4am in the morning and the lady who answered the phone could care less if we were not able to shower, no form of compensation, like talking to a wall How could anyone forget a shower curtain? Outside parking lot had large cracks big enough for a lawsuit once some poor customer trips and injures themselves complete dangerous situation. I Have never seen a hotel with no staff available 24 hrs a day."

"While we loved the rustic theme and understand this is a historic hotel, the bathroom was outdated and did not even include a towel rack. The continental breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was pleasant and friendly."
