"Beautiful view from location on top of hillside. The woman at Front Desk was very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Tub surface is VERY slippery! Be sure to request a bath mat. Unless you want or require a disability room, make sure they don’t put you in one as they lack counter space and closet space. Breakfast is less than most hotels. Eggs floating in water bath and sausage were limp and didn’t seem cooked. No juice machine. On site Chophouse restaurant and bar is closed Sunday and Monday and then only open 4-9pm. Pricey menu and alacarte. French Onion Soup lacked flavor and my steak was undercooked to rare. Had to send it back. They could do better! Will return to the Best Western!"

"Great location--my wife and I had a great time! A little older cabin but that was a non-issue. Host was very communicative and allowed for us to get an early check-in which was greatly appreciated! Very close to downtown Prescott."

"We enjoyed our short stay in Prescott at this property. Wished we could’ve stayed a few more nights. The cabin is just as described and tucked away on the mountain. Very private. Lots of deer around, beautiful trees and nice and silent in the evenings."
