Stayed here over night due to home repairs. Friendly staff during check in. However the hotel and rooms need renovation! Also there wasn't breakfast as promised. Not bad for a temporary/short stay!

En general todo fue muy bueno. La única crítica que tengo es acerca de la información deficiente, especialmente en los horarios de la Recepción, y acerca de que había una ventanilla para golpear cuando está cerrada la recepción. De resto estuvo muy bien y volvería al hotel

Es buen hotel y excelente ubicación
Tuve un inconveniente al hacer mi check Inn mi habitación no estaba lista después la segunda asignada tenía chinches y me movieron la segunda noche a otra habitación prometieron un reembolso por la segunda noche pero no hicieron ningún trámite básicamente es cuestión del sitio web donde se hizo la reservación en sí el hotel tiene buen servicio ya que resolvían oportunamente los inconvenientes

To start off, they didnt know if the room was even clean during check in and reservation was set months in advance. Cabinet door was broken off, shower was dirty, broken toilet seat, no pillow cases, no blankets, and no assistance after hours. We had a horrible experience. It was my wife, child and I, and we have never had such a bad experience with Extended Stay like this before.

The door lock did not work until the clerk had to come and pour hot water on the lock to "warm" it up, then it didn't work until about after the third try, the shower had no hot water, there was no toilet paper or towels, when we asked the for them, they didn't have anything clean but some hand clothes. When the neighboring rooms flushed their toilets, the walls would vibrate because of air trapped in the pipes and we had to go into the shower and turn it on to allow the air to escape.

The room was dirty. I took the dirty towel to front desk and they said I would need to talk to cleaning lady. Room smelled like cigarette and they didn’t want to do anything other than ask me to talk to cleaning person.
