Excelente hotel, elegante, muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado en el corazón de Mazatlán y un servicio excelente

10 family members decided to stay at pueblo bonito these summer vacations two different rooms we decided because we had been here before and had a good experience. But this Time around no only were they understaffed making it extremely difficult going about the Hotel On the rides. But the menu options changed and were cheaper and not well prepared food. We were ok with all Of that knowing the current situation in mazatlan its understandable. But 24hours after coming home from our stay we developed an illness so bad i dont think my worst enemy deserves 4 out of 10 people in my group including me Came home with a food born illness. A bacteria a strong one for food contamination. We were sick for 4 days all of us loosing 5-10 Lbs for execcive diahrrea vomiting and fevers

La persona que recibió al llegar para darnos las habitaciones EDITH de lo mas atenta, cordial, servicial su supervisora también muy atenta y nos resolvió un gran problema que traíamos. En los restaurantes los meseros, PEDRO, LEOPOLDO, ARACELI (Cocina), las dos personas que atendían los postres igual de atentos y cordiales y tantos y tantos mas muy atentos y serviciales, de hecho nunca había visto algo así, no se concretaban a una mesa, sino atendían a varias mesas con mucho profesionalismo. Las habitaciones muy limpias con muy buen aire acondicionado, de hecho, ni ganas daban de salir al exterior de lo agradable que estaba el cuarto. Muchas albercas amplias y muy limpias, los barman también rápidos y atentos dentro y fuera de las albercas. los bufets estaban muy bien surtidos y variados para todo tipo de gustos. vimos los elevadores, los baños los pasillos siempre limpios y en muy buen estado.
