I accidentally booked for the wrong date, and when I explained the situation, the hotel staff member was friendly, understanding, and allowed us to rebook for the correct date. “Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved how the mini fridge had a small freezer. We were a little sad that the hot tub was under construction during a stay, but that would not stop us from staying again.
