Check-in was fine, someone was at the desk. The pool was out of service (pretty common, I hear). The fire alarm went off at 4:00 a.m. No communication with clients/visitors. Went to check out, no one at office. Called number pasted on the exterior window. No response. Don't even try this place, or you will be disappointed! Truly!

The staff is amazing. We lived the history of the hotel. Our room was off the courtyard and we were able to make wonderful friends. Wonderful experience!

​Terrible experience – Refused check-in and kept my money for services never rendered. ​I booked a stay at Las Palmas Hotel Tucson through Expedia, but when I arrived to check-in, management refused to accept the card I had on file for the incidental deposit—despite it being a valid payment method. Because of this arbitrary policy, I was completely unable to use the room or stay at the property. ​Manager Daritza assured me she would email Expedia the following morning to waive the cancellation penalties since I was denied entry, but the hotel has completely ghosted Expedia's multiple attempts to resolve this. Keeping a customer's money when they were blocked from checking in is unacceptable and feels like a total scam. I have been a loyal traveler for over 20 years, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company and filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid this property!

Very family friendly - something for everyone, adults and children. So much to do on the property you don't need to leave; recreation, food, bar, very nice, large, unique, beautiful rooms.
