“We thought the room must have been beautiful in it’s day. The exterior is in need of paint, leaf blowing & general maintenance. The door mat was very worn, window shade broken, desk area had not been wiped down from the guest before us. The bathroom sink took forever to drain, which does not feel sanitary, especially when trying to brush one’s teeth. The bed was comfortable, linens were good. The breakfast was quite good & the dining area nicely decorated. The staff were all friendly and……

“The walls and floors are not well insulalted so you can be in the peoples conversation (who lived there 3 of them)want to or not.I asked for ear plugs andt they didn't have any n were mad that I asked. They were cooking in kitchen @9:30 in the evening making diner with lots of noise.. My room was up 5 steps n the room next door thin walls . The place was not clean. You did not have use of any of the house like the ad says.I was not even allowed to make a cup of hot water on the stove.Bed was……

“The only truth that's represented in their offering online is the beautiful location beyond that the quarters are not suitable nor appropriate to what they're claiming or particular charging to stay there. This is not being properly presented online and really should be removed from the site until such time they deliver what they claim. I'm very disappointed and unfortunately this rebuke is minor to what other occupants verbally comport.”

“It did NOT advertise properly , when you see the property you think it’s a house your renting but unless you read the really fine print you will see that you are renting a room in someone property, they live on site so shared living room , fridge, bathroom and they have cats so the places smelled of urine . The room was in the attic and my boyfriend is tall so that did not help neither did the cobwebs ,We did not stay so out over $200. And when the website I booked it on sent owners a message……

“This was our second stay at 33 Main. Wonderfully maintain, homey environment, with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Welcoming cookies, and beautiful water bottle. They even remembered that we asked for the beach and gave us excellent recommendation. Convenient parking in the back. My only suggestion for improvement is breakfast - last year it was much better.”
