"We met our Sons and their families, as well as, my Wife’s Brother and his family here, this past week. 9 Adults and 3 Teens total and never an issue with room/privacy.The large kitchen table was an excellent place for evening games and banter.The beds were super comfortable.The views were great! Fantastic to have an early morning coffee as the sun comes up.The location is such that it’s super accessible to South Beach (public beach) and there is a grocery store (Publix) just down the street.Make sure you take a stroll or a short drive to see the Burrow Owls around the neighborhood!"

"Communication was fantastic from start to finish. Even though the owners were on the premises in an arched house, you would never have known it. Great location with a short drive anywhere on the island. This house was exactly as the pictures had portrayed. Clean and well cared for. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen that had every utensil we could have needed. The only downfall was that the pool was too hot to use, but this was no fault of the owners. The weather was over 90 degrees our entire trip. We truly enjoyed our stay in this home and look forward to our next trip. "

"We loved the house! When we arrived the pool needed to be cleaned..we arrived on a Tuesday, we reached out to the owner - she had the pool company out within a hour & he was there every day he had that pool sparkling! The neighborhood was Grand! We had 2 BIG rainstorms in the evening ,what a great view from the living room & bedroom off the waterway. I love to cook for my family (they are celiac) the kitchen was great to cook in. We also played one of the many games that were available."Marconolpy" It was was a blast ( we also saw the game available at "Sweet Annie's Ice cream " ) they have the best ice cream!We also went to the Bargain Basket daily - I went home with a new wardrobe ( cheap & new to me) Went to Publix daily ( I Publix)..went to the beach in the Am & in the pool at different times of the day. Watched a couple of movies. We even went out on 2 different bike rides. Got a pizza from Joes Pizza ( I am not Celiac) I purposely did not eat pizza for a month prior, best pizza! We also visited Donuts and Popcorn , Great popcorn! We had the best time this year ! Our host was so easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this home as our next vacation!"

"Check in was easy. Everything we needed. Full size fridge cook eye, dishes and utensiles. Snacks were nice. Having a washer and dryer was the best. June was our month to visit. Mosquitos were horrible. Purchased mosquito shirts at hardware store. They helped alot. We went to fish and have fun. We caught fish and had fun!!! So it was a win.Lots of restaurants closed this time of year but still good places to eat.We accidently locked ourselves out. Owner came quickly to open door for us.Highly recommend this home. We would stay here again."
