Great location at the end of the metro. The room was too hot. We changed rooms because the air conditioning was not working. The room we changed to unfortunately only went 2 degrees cooler. Really hot rooms. No phones in the room to get help so you have to go down to reception.

New hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Very near to subway station and the area is quiet although there's really nothing much except for a bunch of offices. Some rooms can be a bit noisy if there are parties being held in the hotel - the music can very loud and goes on after late.

This is a very clean and modern hotel with great rooms, and facilities in the room are perfect. We’ve had a great time n the nearby area of Nordhavn with a variety of shops for supplies (Liddles) and restaurants, cafes and a great wine bar. The area is clean and modern with a very cool vibe and a waterfront offering a swimming pool and water taxi, all well used by the locals. We highly recommend this hotel and the nearby area. The metro is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We’d definitely come back. The staff are very friendly and professional.

It appears to be in tucked in an industrial area or construction area? Doesn’t matter. It was close to the cruise ship, the beds are extremely comfortable and the service was amazing!

No minibar in the room. Noisy with maintainance or construction in the morning. Parking downstairs full and said to be closed next day. We had to park outside parking lot. The hotel was ok but the rooms are tiny and theres no bar fridge to store small items like juice or drinks. The hotel is not very close to groceries and cafes. The hotel seems to be more suited to short work trips/conferences rather than for holiday makers. On checking out, I asked to see the account for incidentals before paying but the woman at the desk couldnt do this easily - she had to read each item out from her screen rather than just show me an itemised list. Thats pretty poor service / deficient technology. Nordhavn is a convenient part of Copenhagen to stay but in future I would look for a hotel with bigger rooms and more conveniently located near the groceries and cafes.

We had a lovely stay at Comwell Copenhagen. It is a modern hotel, close to the metro station. It is a very quiet area but a short walk to a few restaurants and obviously easy to get around on the metro. The room was nice a comfortable and the room cleaning policy was very good (only clean when you want it cleaned via QR code). Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for a stay.
