"Nice hotel with casino attached. Staff very friendly and helpful. Valet and breakfast are great perks included in price. Can get very pricey when teams are in town especially home Steeler games. Looking forward to casino renovation area to be completed next visit."

"This was adorable! I got there really late and the owners had laid out what I asked for (a clothing steamer). It had everything I needed and it was cozy and had a lot of good supplies inside. Could tell how much they care! The owner even offered to give me a ride to my interview if I wasn’t able yo get a lyft. So thoughtful!!"

"All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The lobby and seating areas are beautiful. We booked a king suite. Weirdest room we’ve ever stayed in. The “living room” had a large 8 person conference table in the middle of it. The couch was hard and had horrible stains all over it. There were 4 doors to the room, weird. Large kitchen with a stove, microwave and full size fridge but no utensils. No full length mirror anywhere and no drawers to put your clothes away. No extra blankets or pillows. Otherwise it was pretty quiet. The breakfast menu was not what was posted online and they seem to be having issues there."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had an airport shuttle that ran every half hour so you had to plan accordingly. The shuttle driver was friendly too. The breakfast was ready by 4 and was adequate. I liked the long term parking which was cheaper than the airport."

"Interestingly never been in a hotel with zero staff- entry was a digital code, eating area empty- literally no staff Turned out ok but thinking a glass of wine after arrival would be nice- no one there"
