“The reception is heard on the rooms on the first floor, this means their phone rings loud, their night staff and all the late arrivals are heard and not quiet at all you can just hear the ins and out the phone all of it throughout the night. I told the staff in the morning that I had no sleep and the lady called Johanna started telling me off that it’s not their fault as I did not come downstairs at 2 am to tell them about the noise and the phone and that their night porter didn’t know! She said……
