“The reason I give this property 5 stars is because if the staff…Keva (sp) was amazing, we were 2 senior ladies and she could not have taken better care of us. She is helpful, kind, patient, funny and just the sweetest young lady. The rest of the staff, unfortunately I don’t have names we’re all very nice. The low rating in communication was more with Expedia.com I believe, not communicating our requests to the Hub. We tried for 2 weeks to add a day at the beginning and end of our booking and……

“Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und als es Probleme mit meiner Dusche gab habe ich auch am gleichen Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Die Betten waren auch für Einzelzimmer schön groß.”

“Very nice i booked 2 beds but when I checked In there was only 1 bed so I went to the reception and instead of giving a new room they where nice enough to give 2 separate rooms.”

“the advertising and follow up communication for this property was highly misleading. This is student housing converted for short term stays, they do not make it obvious that basic amenities and kitchen access are not available until the confirmation emails so it felt a bit like a bait and switch. the confirmation for the reservation included a lot of information that was not relevant to us, or a surprise after reading the listing. not late arrival friendly. The boiler control was not……

“We booked the king suite for my daughter’s hen party. The apartment was amazing and easily accommodated the 7 of us. The staff were super friendly allowing us to Leave our bags when we arrived and making us feel very special on arrival. They made our departure day easy as well and I can’t recommend these apartments enough. We will definitely come back to stay again ”

“Separate Check-in location was hardest part, but great stay after that. Good nearby parking option at national college of ireland. We loved the apt--spacious and quiet and good location. Would book again. ”
