“Location is good.
The checking process was not good.
People need to scan QR code to fill in information by themselve, and its not so easy to fill in and take time. There is a question in the checking website about country, and it listed Taiwan, provice of China. Taiwan is not a provice in China.
On the door wrote cleaning sevice need to book in app before 11 pm everyday, but I couldn't find where to book in app. so I asked reception to book cleaning service and they said they noted. But……

“Great hotel. My husband said probably the best hotel he’s stayed at in Britain - for me, that’s a win. Amazing staff. Decent furnishings. Great breakfast. I would recommend and would stay again.”

“Bag drop and check-in were very slow. On both occasions, it was 10 mins from when we first started speaking. Both times the person dealing with me left and started dealing with somebody else.
Room was clean and had a view out over the Mersey. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Both helpful in catering for my allergies. Location is close to the main attractions. ”
