“Nos quedamos dos noches 1) no repusieron toallas, ni limpiaron la habitación durante toda la estadía. 2) No repusieron el poco papel higiénico que habían dejado 3) no había en la habitación teléfono ni minibar,heladera ni aire acondicionado 4) previo al check out, no dispusimos de agua caliente, por lo que no pudimos ducharnos 5) no había papel tissue, ni jabón de mano 6) La habitación no se podía cerrar con seguridad, ya que no tenía ni cerradura ni pestillo, por lo que la puerta no ofrecía……

“This is an absolutely wonderful property located outside the busy town center of Bourges but within walking distance. It is a beautiful home run by the family with 4 nicely appointed and cozy rooms upstairs. Parking on site and breakfast and a nice coffee and pastry salon round this wonderful place out.”

“No outlets in room to charge your phone. No coffee machine in room. But the decor was lovely and classy. The breakfast was underwhelming no cheese eggs or meat. However the croissants were huge and amazing. The woman who checked me in was kind and accommodating. But the male staff at breakfast was standoffish and not warm or welcoming. The grounds could use some more landscaping befitting of a chateau.”

“Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appart-hôtel, que nous recommandons vivement. Le logement était très propre, dans un cadre calme et très agréable, idéal pour une famille. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jeux de société, la table de ping-pong et le badminton mis à disposition. Les lits étaient confortables et la climatisation dans les deux pièces a été un vrai plus. Nous avions choisi la demi-pension pour le week-end, et nous n’avons pas regretté : Véronique et ses……

“The property is very centrally situated. It offers very good value for money. Would stay there again. On the down side the spiral staircase is a bit steep.”

“A street festival caused road closures making getting to this hotel nearly impossible. I made the booking when close by and determined getting to the hotel was going to be difficult and messaged them To please help me cancel. To date, some 3 days later, they’ve never even responded. Lots of lost money for a room I never slept but very much wanted to access. Spend 3 hours after that finding somewhere and Expedia can see double bookings for that same date range. Frustrating”
