"Noise traffic, billboard light right outside of our room, and noisy neighbors on our last night."

"This was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I have ever been given. The bathtub had what appeared to be human waste and hair in it, the toilet seat had urine on it, bugs were inside the light fixture, and the room clearly had not been cleaned. We also paid for a Premium Room upgrade that advertised upgraded bedding and snacks which were not provided. The stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana and the hot tub we specifically booked for closes at 9pm and appeared poorly maintained. Completely unacceptable. Photos of these conditions have been documented."

"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. Even an outdoor heated area for those who prefer to sit outside would be a nice option—having a few choices would make a big difference. I would go back only when all parks are available. "

"The room was decently clean, the bath tub has a ring around it. The room smelled awful and the smell was on our pilllows so it was hard to sleep."

"2 events happening in town. Room wasnt ready due to the overwhelming amount of people checking in. Check out staff was great. Check in folks not so much."

"It was great I had a lovely time staying here in Sevierville, Tennessee. Thanks so much for accommodating me. Very perfect location, close to Bucee's & other stores, it's perfectly in the middle between Knoxville & Gatlinburg so I absolutely loved that and would book again. I had no issues, staff was very kind & everything was clean. Thanks again for accommodating me!"

"Staff was very courteous. Room walls are extremely thin and was able to hear TVs from next room and voices clearly from hall. Rooms overlooking Main Street were unfortunately subject to multiple fire truck sirens throughout the night very clearly heard. Location is great for downtown however. "
