I had to sleep in the chair all night because the mattress sank in the middle.. .and...breakfast...if that was breakfast then i grew up different then they did...breakfast bars isnt breakfast...i really think i should of gotten some kind of refund for where i had to sleep..then an additional 50.00 for incidentals....really

When we got there we were informed they were smoking or non smoking. Went up to room and it was bad smoking odor, sheets had burn marks and floors had burn spots. The floors were carpet and looked like they had never been cleaned and.the curtains were barely on and straight yellow from smoke. We took one step in and returned right to the lobby for a refund. The staff understood and were nice and said they gave me a full refund. Still waiting to make sure it happens. Overall horrible experience and have no clue how it was rated so high. I wouldnt even give it a 1 star review.

Check in was easy and I was able to secure a first floor room. The gentleman at check-in was very polite and friendly. Our room was clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing to stay a couple of days. Each unit had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Our stay was pleasant.
