She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.”

“The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in……

“The house is absolutely stunning! Pat the owner goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as wonderful as possible. She has everything for you toiletries, beverages, snacks, etc. She takes special orders for breakfast, which is amazing when traveling with picky eaters. ”
