“1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! “We stayed at Trent’s property as part of my a golf trip for my 50th birthday. The place was perfect for my group of 7 golfers. The place was spacious, clean, and offered all of the amenities we needed. While the bunkbeds were more conducive for children, we made the sofa in the sitting room work.
