The gentleman at night time was very welcoming checked me in really fast. When I checked out the lady was very friendly. Overall the hotel was very clean and spacious. Willl definitely stay here again

I stay here when im in town for work. Since im self- employed i always try to go where the lowest rates are to save money. And for the price you really cant beat this place. I noticed they have updated the rooms with new furniture as well since my previous stay here.

Staff is very friendly. The room is nice and big with a comfortable bed. Free on demand TV. That was cool. I really like that its walking distance to the triangle and close to a number of restaurants, bars, bowling, and a movie theater. Very convenient location.

Big, king size comfy beds. Rooms are spacious. Place is safe for the most part. Comes with a fridge and microwave so that’s good. Pet friendly as well! Nothing to complain about honestly. It’s close to downtown cost mesa with nice restaurants and bars.

The property is conveniently located and the staff was great. My room was very big and very clean but the exterior felt unsafe, people acting weird, walking around knocking on doors and people talking close to our room at night. If the exterior wasn't an issue, I would have given 5 stars but overall is a good place to stay. Comes with fridge and microwave and receptionists always very nice and courteous.

The room wasn't ready and they are in transition can't blame them and the bathroom shower is rusted so I didn't shower during my stay, and the neighbor dog were barking and smoke outside was penetrating into our room and no complimentry breakfast, reason why I booked it and false advertisement Not worth the 260$

Five + Stars to the Management and property!!!

The Managers Mike and Meensha are wonderful hosts even during full interior renovations of all of their rooms it was peaceful throughout my entire stay. I would highly recommend the Sunset Inn for anyone needing a Staycation, family and friends visiting from outside the area or anything in between. I give the Management and the property 5 + Stars for a First Class operation and attentive extremely professional and personalable staff!! My hat goes off to Mike and Meensha once again for an extremely pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning soon.

The toilet was not clean, hot water runs out fast, the tv is small and has cable but not the best selection of things to watch. There was a guy sleeping outside by the stairs he didn't cause any problems but still something to note. Aside from that the room was great it came with a king bed which was nice. The room was spacious, the outlets came with USB connection.
