The property is a little dated and the room configuration is not a normal configuration. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The positive is that bed and pillows were firm and the room was clean. I slept very well.

I arrived around 5 pm, the front desk had no manners or customer service skills, Give me the key to room umber that was on the other end, no elevators,when i walked to the room it was not cleaned/groomed, cleaning lady said i have not cleaned it and when icalled front desk, the guy said its not guranteed to have it ready by 3pm , we were busy yesterday, i said that is not an apology or suggestion of a new accommodations, he rudely said just come to the office, i am refunding your money....my trip was ruind and i was so upset and tired
