Can walk right down the property stairs to the river to fish anytime you want and sit on the deck at nighttime and enjoy all the nature sounds and beautiful sunset. Loved getting up early in the morning as well to listen to nature waking up and see the fog over the water. Lots of beautiful bird sounds.
