Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was impressed with the inside after seeing the outside. Outside looks mediocre at best but our room was great. I would definitely stay there again.

First off, the room and property itself were very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and it is a beautiful place for a quick stop. Second, our truck broke down pulling into the parking lot upon arrival at 2am. The staff were extremely understanding and provided a late checkout while we walked to the multiple surrounding shops in the morning in search of service. The breakfast isn’t amazing but it’s a free continental breakfast and nothing out of the ordinary. Great place to stay over night!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was surprisingly better then i thought would be. The room was clean and nice size for the price. Bed was comfortable and the ac worked very well.

It was only 10 minutes from Charles Schwab field. If you go to CWS, it’s a great place to stay for the price

Disappointed that breakfast was slated until 9:00 am but there wasnt any food left to eat by 8:00 am. I would think someone would be replenishing throughout the morning for guests. Room was clean. Staff was ok not overly friendly though.

So-so stay during the CWS when everything is crazy overpriced! Room was very clean, which is really the most important thing. Staff was pleasant and accommodating with extra towels and late checkout request. The downside? Bed was horribly uncomfortable, room dark and dated. Plumbing/running water is so loud! There is no common area to sit with family, even outside. We set up chairs in the parking lot. There is a small room where breakfast is served but it is locked the rest of the day. Wish we had booked the AmericInn. Nicer area for same price.

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and house keeping came daily (she was the best). The bed was on the softer side but slept well. The property does NOT have elevators, I was on the 3rd floor but it didn’t cause me any problems. They do offer breakfast in the mornings, which is also very nice ! The property does have a washer and dryer and workout room. Overall very nice place to stay, many restaurants and stores around hotel.

Our room was not cleaned at all during stay. The 3rd store room above leaked water from their toilet into our bathroom creating wet tissue, towels and floor which apparently we were expected to clean up. Breakfast was terrible
