“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“This hotel was conveniently located, but there was not much going for it beyond that. The staff was polite, but did not seem to have any hospitality training. There were no offers to help with bags or for recommendations in the area. The rooms have been updated recently. While pretty, it’s clear the renovation was surface-level only. “We really love it, and the staffs were just been too nice to us. The room were a bit small, but enough. And very close to the beach, restaurant and the super market. ”

“I booked a room with balcony and they gave me a small messy room in the first day. I was changed to a bigger room on the next day. The room was on the ground floor. The so called 'balcony' is the garden and the room was just next to the restaurant. I was woked up on 4 am everyday by the noises and the whole stay was terrible! Surely won't choose this hotel again!”
