People would step right outside their room to smoke and it would linger into everyone else's room as well. Maybe set up a designated smoking area and enforce it."

"Need to be upgraded need to be cleaned properly in the corners the bathroom was old and rusty tub. The microwave was old and rusty. The fridge was not working properly. The room smelled. and we did not get any breakfast. We only got a chocolate bar and an apple for breakfast. I wish them all best and I pray that they look at this and upgrade"
