The property was very unkept,it was nothing like they displayed it online, the furniture was old and antiquated, the door inside the room was very dirty,the manager was not very helpful with my complaint, I stated my concerns and it was like they fell on deaf ears.and I was very dissatisfied with the outcome from expedia as well.

We didn’t have any issues service wise - I definitely could tell they gave us a smoking room, and there was some dirt/dust that wasn’t cleaned up - but overall the stay was fine - we would stay again for a quick trip.

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby.

there was no quailty about it.. it needs some deep cleaning, and renovations..the drawers do not stay shut...the dead bolt on the door barely latches and you can see otside on both sides of the door...I felt like I was sliding off the bed because it skants had to sleep across bottom of bed.. dirt & grime on doors... rust & dust...NO battery in smoke detector.. can provide photos upon request I took a lot...not a very safe or clean place to stay..worse Hotel I have ever stayed at

We got to our room we had half a roll of toilet paper . When they came the next day they took all our towels and didn't replace them didn't even give us more toilet paper . We had to go ask for everything . The cabinets in the room were broken . It wasn't a bad stay but the service could have been better .

Since my husband is having some mobility problems due to cancer, we got a handicap accessible room. It wasn't accessible because it has a tub, not a walk-in shower. Housekeeping was great, but everyone else was not very welcoming. I would call them grumpy Gus's. The toilet clogged, and we had to plunge it ourselves. We had problems with the tv. The bed was not very comfortable. and the ac did not work very well.
