“The outside noise level was a bit loud and the internet TV was experiencing some issues, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Not bad for the money!”

“The Days Inn by Wyndham in Covington was not up to the standards of other Days Inn facilities I’ve stayed at. It’s an old hotel that is somewhat run down and not particularly clean. The bottom of my white socks turned black from walking across the room only a few times without shoes. On the second day of my 4-day stay, the floor was apparently mopped with a dirty mop and was sticky and smelled bad for the remainder of my stay. My room wasn’t serviced on the 3rd day, I’m not sure why, The……

“I had a Terrible experience, I called the night of my check in around 9pm to let the hotel know I was gonna be a late arrival but letting them know that we were going. At 11pm the “General Manager” Aiesha called me stating that they I no longer had a room because they oversold the hotel and that I lost my room. I stated that I called earlier precisely to avoid these kind of issues ( I work in hospitality and know how everything works), she also stated that I lost my room because the reservation……

“The location is excellent as it is close to shopping and a variety of restaurant options. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I will definitely stay at this location in the future if I am ever in the area. The hotel is well-maintained and modern. Rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were pretty much standard and can be limited for someone who doesn't eat eggs or dairy. However, overall, it was money well spent and good value for money.”
