“Hazardous room!. The shower / bath tub bottom was so slippery I was afraid I was going to fall. The front desk had no bat tub mat, so I bought my own. The front door step was very steep and had no warning sign, so I about fell into my room on my first entry attempt. The toilet paper dispenser and hair dryer were broken. The room was fairly clean. However there were some spots on the bed quilts. Mean and rude man at front desk greeted me when I checked in. Luckily a coworker showed up and……

“There were a lot of maintainence materials in the waiting area.b The lobby was unavailable for sitting or waiting. The area was filled with materials . Carpeting. a and boxes. .”

“Everything was clean and staff were great. Pool area was nice, gyms on the smaller side but enough to keep you active if you need it. Rooms were spacious.”

“If you're not afraid of crazy staff, crawling bugs in the room, and super dirty beds and sofas, then come and stay! When I came out of the room, I found a male employee putting his ear against the wall of the guest room and listening to the sounds in each room. I don't know what his purpose was!”

“I booked a non smoking room, the first room I was assigned smelled of straight up smoked, terrible!! I requested another room was but in a handicap room one floor down, bed cover was discolored with strains ,I am now completely grossed out, Fridge, coffee maker and Microwave in the bathroom, didn't understand that . good thing I hand my own towel, sheets and wash cloth , i totally had to disinfect the room before I touched anything , I was so uncomfortable that i checked out two nights early.”

“整體感覺很糟，前台人員除了第一天入住時接待的那位服務人員外，其他幾位都不太熱情，環保程度選擇太棒了是因為廁所衛生紙用完不會補，連毛巾收走後也沒有補足新的，連洗髮精也都沒有補充，所以環保上可以很諷刺的給滿分。第一天的房間門故障，無法正常開啟，隔天換一間房結果電視一直當機，真的不推薦這家飯店”
