Amazing little find

Amazing value, wonderful location.

Stayed here for one night,booked 2 rooms and both were fine. So many nice touches, water, fresh milk in the fridge not those awful little sachets, and the price included a continental breakfast. Wonderful value in a great location

Lovely little stay at this perfectly located B n B in the heart of cowes. Great for our 1 night stay. Staff super lovely and friendly. Would just like the option to take a coffee away in the morning. Maybe just get some take away coffee cups would be great! Thank you for a great little stay!

My friend and I were on a tour of the Isle of Wight so over a week we stayed at 5 hotels. The Union was head and shoulders above the rest. The room was excellent, looks to have been newly refurbished, including high quality windows. Would definitely recommend it.

Ok for an overnight stay

Nice enough room, but quite basic. The continental breakfast was nice, good choice of items that were left on a table on the landing, which you ate in your room. Quite noisy at night as people stand outside the pub directly under the window (should have expected really but didn’t think of it)

Very good facilities in the room and the breakfast has been upgraded to cooked, also very good. Did have a gurgling noise from basin waste in room 6 when another room seemed to be showering. Could wake you if that room was early showers. Otherwise a very good night sleep in comfortable bed

“Boutique” this is not. One night stay, arrived late afternoon to a brusque check-in. The room was freezing on arrival though the convection heater did it’s job over the next few hours, could this have been switched on in advance. The room is dated and a little shabby, stains on the carpet and musty smell. The bathroom floor obviously has a rotten floorboard under Lino. Overall functional, reasonably clean but disappointing. Bed was comfortable

The hotel was in a great location in Cowes, we managed to park ok too on a sunday night. The room was nicely decorated and fitted a family of 4 well. Breakfast was nicely done having a selection available to eat in the room.

Rooms are lovely with quirky decor. Continental breakfast was available with a good choice of items. Car parking is on the seafront and is about 3 minute walk. Make sure you have some change!

Cowes visit

Very quiet, all good but the pub doesn't do food. Not a big problem as there are plenty of places to eat a short wall from the pub.
