“Staff are awesome, beds are real comfy and HUGE., the room had a very wierd musty smell, we opened the patio door and turned on the central fan to help it go away, but if you left for a bit and went back, the smell was there. I did ask for air fresher and when asked the room number 2132, she replied oh the musty smell. It didnt really effect our stay well maybe a little”

“Beautifully mountain location with amenities close by. Room was fantastic except for one small flaw being a lack of pillow selection. Lots of fat pillows that makes sleeping uncomfortable, they should include at least one skinnier pillow to coose from.”

“We raced the triathlon at Wasa Lake this past weekend, and we had our one night booked the day before the race. We were very happily surprised that the staff gave us the option to take a “to go bag” of breakfast items when we said we would be leaving at 6:00am, technically an hour before the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was due to start. It was awesome!”

“In room jacuzzi valves wouldn’t move at all.
Bathroom door only opens 3/4 of the way do to silly curved shower rod.
Whole place needs updating.
