“Was told hot tubs were working. We specified that we would be moving a reservation from in Cranbrook just to enjoy pool and hot tubs. I spoke to receptionist at the hotel via phone. Arrive to find #1 hot tubs are cold, jets not working. #2 breakfast is in restaurant, expensive. #3 steam room not working. #4 small barking dog left in room next to us, no owner present. This was a dismal stay. Was supposed to be a nice, special weekend trip. Had to debase myself asking for a discount to room....

“Easy place to stay. Parking in the back was helpful. Walked to dinner one night. Had breakfast one morning. Typical hotel breakfast. The weekend we stayed there was a soccer tournament in town and the hotel was filled with rowdy teenagers. Made the hallways crowded and noisy. Will stay again.”

“Very nice place for the budget. It was funny that they had an abundance of toilet paper in the room. Four rolls instead of the standard one. Nice fireplace. The only cons which to me were minor were that I found the pillows too soft, the breakfast could have used warming trays, and the pool towels were thin. Other than that, it was great. It was even attached to a restaurant so you didn't have to walk outside which in this case was good because it was raining.”
