“When we checked into the room it had an odor that was not pleasant. We bought a couple air deodorizers. When we returned in the late evening the room was still not cooled down after setting the AC. The room was hot and stuffy and turning the AC fan off was not an option. ( it covered up the road noise). The AC unit was so loud that you could not have watch TV since the volume had to be at the max and that was useless as the sound was so distorted it was useless. Also the TV was the smallest TV……

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. There were visible signs of poor housekeeping throughout the room, and the overall condition was unacceptable. The hotel itself……
