“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“Helpful staff and good amenities, however if you’re not part of a ‘Coach trip party’ then you’re totally sidelined at mealtimes as coach guests receive priority! We stayed for 4 nights and when the coach party turn around happened, the dining room was totally rearranged to suit the new coach guests to the point we didn’t have a table for breakfast on the last day! (Although we’d been there 4 nights and were told that would be allotted to us) even our breakfast preorder form was lost so we……
