“Hotel only opened a year ago and having a nice new room on block island is rare. Loved the place. Great location and wonderful amenities such as roof top deck and trendy restaurant/ bar. The check in process is different but seamless as no lobby.”

“Pros: It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was close to the central part of town. it was nice to sit out on the porch. Cons. (for us) There are no ammenities. It is not like staying in a hotel. There is no ice machine, food, bar, etc etc. ( there was a mini fridge) We stayed in the first floor room. The sink was starting to separate from the wall. The toilet was rocky. The enamel is starting to peel off the tub. If you are looking for a very quiet, restful place, it is good.”
