“Hotel only opened a year ago and having a nice new room on block island is rare. Loved the place. Great location and wonderful amenities such as roof top deck and trendy restaurant/ bar. The check in process is different but seamless as no lobby.”

“The amount it costs for this room which is the size of a large walk in closet was not worth it. Carpet was old frayed and a layer of previous persons sand still present . The walls were dirty - tv remote dirty- throw pillow on bed appeared to have some sort of sticky residue on it. Two suitcases cannot be accessed at same time- you have to wait your turn to get what you need to then open other. Bathroom wall has plaster falling by toilet. The one Door key is very old and door can be opened……
