WOW, this place. AMAZING! The staff were happy and friendly, I asked a young lady for water and she literally ran to go get it, They upgraded our room because they wanted us to have more space with the baby, at no charge. The breakfast was made in heaven itself, the sunsets are UNREAL the location couldn't be better. Loved to see people of all ages, all races there, very diverse and welcoming. The Mill Street Inn was a unique spot with a great location, a few minutes walk to Bellevue or Thames Streets. Our room was more like a suite, had a separate living room and a bedroom. Amenities were great, and there was breakfast that you ordered the night before that they delivered at the time of your choosing. Staff couldn’t be friendlier, especially Lori who seemed to know everything about Newport as a lifelong resident. Would definitely go back!

This is the third time we have stayed here. Just one night as we passed through visiting relatives. This time we had a suite with the loft and it was the whole family-including three small children. Very roomy and nice. The location is downtown Newport. The parking is GREAT. You can leave your car right in front and walk anywhere. The staff was incredibly pleasant. great hotel, easy check in, close to everything

Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!

The staff were all great...very were friendly and happy to give recommendations where to eat and what to do. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Fresh cookies in the afternoon and fresh fruit all day to enjoy. We had a great time!!!

Travel plans changed while at the hotel. They worked with the 3rd party booking app to make that happen. Much appreciated.

Great place with modern-beach vibes in a historic building. 1 min walk to Tennis Hall of Fame. The only small negative-too hot at night, had some difficulty regulating room temp.

The room set up was perfect for our needs. The location is a short walk from all of the main restaurants, shops and bars along Thames St. We enjoyed the property very much.
