Went for a romantic getaway the property was very outdated. There were spiders all in the bathroom and in the bathroom sink the carpet needs to be changed. It was a smoke smell in the room. I would not visit this property again. This probably really needs a makeover other than that if you’re into the wilderness and poor quality get away this would be the perfect place.

We used to love this place when it was under the Caesar organization. It has not aged well. However, this is nothing compared to my first morning interaction with the front desk. I asked where was the room safe and she indicated that the rooms haven’t had safes for years. So, I said, “but the hotel rules label on the door says that Management is Not Liable for items”. So, then I asked her, “Do you mean to tell me that you have a sign saying to use the provided safe or they are not liable?” She responds with a deadpan, “we do not have safes and we are not liable.” All other staff were wonderful. The place was lonely, not much to do, nothing is included in the price except the room - which used to be a joy but with the lack of cleanliness (including disgusting swimming pool). We will absolutely return when they get new management.

The property was really nice, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Cleanliness was okay, rose petals were left under the bed. Mirrors above tub were printed up from last guests. Otherwise things were clean. Food was excellent both from on site bar & restaurant inside check in. The night club was also great, awesome band and even saw a comedy show throughout the night. On site Spa was great. Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed out stay and plan to go again!

Room was Definitely not up to par!!!! Lights inside not working!!! Never got to use the Jacuzzi because the water would turn cold before the jets were covered. Tried late night and Early Morning. Balcony description was fully furnished but it was 2 metal chairs and a raggedy table!!! Waaaaay Overpriced!!!! Horrible Time!!! Guest Services were Fine!!! Very Outdated looking for the price.

Room was filthy not clean at all. Broken tv. Busted faucet so we couldn’t use the jacuzzi. Do not waste your money! And refused refund even tho I had proof of the terrible stay. The only thing good was the staff being apologetic for the inconvenience. Managers are terrible and offer no refund.

Staff was notified about the pool temperature twice and the pool temp was not adjusted accordingly. I understand its winter, but the pool temperature has to be at least few degrees warmer than the room so you canbenjoy the pool The hot tub must have had some kind of leak from under, the carpet got soaking wet, which resulted in a unpleasant smell. The same smell was present when we entered the room, but after attempting to use the hot tub and carpet got soaking wet, the smell was so strong to the point we couldn't enjoy the stay. Overall not satisfied with the stay
