Electric fireplace. Enjoy a sunny deck with beautiful views and a modern, recently remodeled kitchen! Great for a small family or couple. Easy access to RTA bus and easy bike ride into town (3 miles). No indoor ski or bike storage. NO smoking and NO pets - NO exceptions. No trailers or campers allowed due to limited parking.
