This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home gives you the best access to Crested Butte. Check out our reviews! We've been renting this home for vacationers for many years and are so happy and thankful to have some of the same guests return year after year.

221 Gothic Avenue is an eco-friendly home located in downtown Crested Butte, just two blocks north of Elk Avenue and all of its restaurants and shops. Central and quiet, this neighborhood gets you downtown in two minutes via the pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street and Totem Pole Park.

You can walk or ride to hiking and biking trails of the Woods Walk, the Lower Loop, and the Free Bus shuttle to the ski area just a few blocks away.

This impeccable home was built in 2000 to the highest environmental standards. This house has supplemental solar heat and all green finishes. The upstairs (second floor) has an open plan with the kitchen; dining, and living areas where you can relax and enjoy the view of Crested Butte in all its glory.

You enter on the First Floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed with a premier memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed, memory foam mattresses, and a twin on top and a full on the bottom.

Though you might not need your car, the house does have off-street parking for two vehicles.

This is your perfect Crested Butte getaway for a couple, a few friends, or a family. We offer nightly, weekly and seasonal rentals.

We will be renting this lovely home for the upcoming winter season rental. If you want to rent for the entire winter ski season, please contact us via phone or email. It will include all furnishings, wifi, and satellite TV. Perfect for a single person, a couple, or a small family to come to check out Crested Butte for the winter. We are within walking distance of the free shuttle bus to the ski area for free summer music or hiking and biking.

Perfect for two adults and a dog
The location was perfect. We could walk to town easily and the parking in the alley was a quick in and out for fishing and hiking. Only suggestion is to describe the property is on the backside of Gothic and you need to go down the alley to access it. At first my husband thought I had rented a vacant lot with a labyrinth (which is awesome). Truly loved our stay there.

Perfect getaway
We had such a great stay at this cute little off the beaten path but close to everything place! Lisa and Peak are very easy to work with and have taken nice care of the home. We loved having the kitchen and living room upstairs with views from three directions. The backyard made our summer stay with pups exponentially better! They had fun running around and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening outside with them. At first I thought it might be a bit too small but once we settled in we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay :) All of the neighbors were super friendly. We walked to dinner on Elk and walked to several close trails with the dogs. We can easily recommend this home for a couple or small family and hope to be able to stay again the next time we're in Crested Butte!

Full Moon Fabulous Getaway
This is our fifth trip to Crested Butte and our first stay in town. We would love to stay here again. House was perfect for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Bonus was walking the labyrinth behind the house during the big, beautiful full moon! Within walking and riding to so many fun trails, restaurants, coffee shops.

This house is perfect for a couple with dogs. Very small but just what two people need. Excellent location, just a couple blocks to Elk with restaurants, coffee and shopping. Cute little fenced in back yard to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine with the pups!

This home is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Elk Drive and many of the quaint shops and restaurants we all love in Crested Butte. The home is eco-friendly (so the listing says) but lacks some quality features expected for the daily rate we paid. A little TLC would raise this home easily to a 5 star. We enjoyed our stay - if location is what you're after, this is a good choice.

Perfect location for fun in Crested Butte
Definitely would recommend this property, we had a wonderful time with our two teens! The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk to the Lower Loop trail head and only 5 minutes to the main downtown area with shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle to the ski resort. So happy with our stay!
