With 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a second loft living area, there's plenty of space for your group to spread out and unwind after a day in the mountains. The flexible sleeping arrangements are ideal for both families and couples. Two spacious primary suites feature comfortable King beds, stunning views, and private en suite bathrooms. Two additional rooms offer flexible twin, trundle, and bunk setups. Twins/trundles combine into a short King for couples (5" shorter).

• Bedroom #3: King Bed. Upstairs. En Suite full bathroom. Amazing views from large windows. Additional foldable Queen Memory foam mattress in closet.
• Bedroom #4: 1 Bunk Bed (has 2 Twin beds), 1 Trundle Bed (has 2 Twin beds). Trundle can be raised to form a "short" King bed for couples. Upstairs. Full bathroom next door.
• Living Room: 1 Queen Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. If sleeper sofa is not for you, the upstairs Primary King bedroom also has a foldable Queen memory foam mattress.
SKI IN/OUT DETAILS:
Enjoy convenient ski access via the West Wall and Peachtree lifts (typically opening no later than the week before Christmas, weather permitting). Skiing out is easy for all skill levels via green trails. Skiing back in is best suited for intermediate and advanced riders. Beginners can easily take the free winter shuttle back, or ski to the base of the West Wall lift and hike about 500 feet uphill to the property. Message us for full route maps!
SHUTTLE DETAILS:
Enjoy a free, year-round shuttle! In winter, a free loop stops right at the complex driveway every 30 minutes, connecting you to the base area where you can grab a 15-minute shuttle to town. In non-winter months, walk just a quarter-mile down the road to catch the town shuttle every 20 minutes.
PARKING:
Includes 2 dedicated parking spots: 1 in the garage and 1 right in front. First-come, first-served overflow parking is also available. Please note: The garage has an 80" clearance limit (lower during snowy months) and cannot fit taller vehicles with roof boxes. Taller vehicles can park in front of the garage.
NOTES:
This unit is perched on the 2nd floor and is up a steep drive for ski in/out access and great views! All Wheel Drive or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is recommended in Winter months. The unit is up 2 flights of stairs (and has no elevator).
