Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return. The location was incredible and the interior and exterior of the 500 year old building provided for such a unique experience. Despite it being an older historical building the rooms were updated with great amenities. I’d recommend this to anyone, the best place we stayed on our Europe travels! "
