“George was a fantastic host. Attentive to my needs and always available by phone. The room was updated beautifully with a great shower. It was also very clean and comfortable.
As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again.”

“Everything was perfect!!! The views from the top were so amazing and the location was so convienent. Everywhere we wanted to go was a 10 minute walk and so glad we decided to stay here. On top of that the property manager was super responsive to our questions and when we needed assistance.”

“Very nice property tucked away in the Old Town where all the action is food and shopping wise! George and his staff were very very amenable and ready to make sure we loved our stay. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was amazing! Great choice, fresh and generous portions. A couple of days we had early departures and George arrange for a takeaway breakfast option for us. I also needed laundry and George helped make it happen while we were out enjoying Crete! Important to note that the apartments……

“The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless.
The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally. It was so go that we found the brand shop and bought some to take home. They offer all the best. The whole room/ bathroom very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel for all it has to offer. Great central location, closer……

“Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything!
The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh.
The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly!
Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best.
Secondly, to not offer top up of……

“Check in was easy and communication with Christina was effortless through WhatsApp.
Room was nice and clean towel service always available. We love the patio and jacuzzi. Just be careful coming out of the jacuzzi and shower as everything will be super slippery.
You are in the middle of the hustle and bustle and there is lots of shops, restaurant and a super market just around the corner. There are beaches in walking distance and the port is just around the corner. It’s a cozy and perfect spot……
