Room was very clean as was the bathroom/shower. i did have a problem with the kettle keep cutting out mid boil. Also one of the lamp switches by the bed was missing. The staff were very helpful and polite.

It’s a budget room. There’s a small car park and the room was alright. Tv didn’t work and no remote and felt a bit tired. It’s massively cheap - so not sure I’d expect much more, but it feels a bit odd. And no staff in morning! We checked out with no one about.

I booked 7 rooms for business. 3 of my colleagues had to change rooms due to cleanliness or broken beds. The restaurant is closed and the bar is closed and breakfast is not available so literally can only be used to sleep in. Staff dismissive and state they’ve just taken over the hotel

Hotel chosen for handy location for railway station. Had stayed before under different ownership. Gradually improving facilities, now has a decent breakfast available from quite early so very useful. Room was clean and tidy with everything you need and reasonably priced.

Knew hotel under previous management and mainly booked for location near railway station. Gradually making improvements including availability of breakfast (personally would have preferred better quality sausages but they were adequate invwhat is basically a budget hotel). Clean and convenient- stayed on hottest days so room was a bit too hot, but that wasn't hotels fault!

Reception staff were lovely and the check in was simple and easy. Really good price for the quality of rooms. Only issue I had was woken up a few times in the night due to people walking above. I have stayed here previously (and many times before under a previous ownership) and it is simple and unpretentious, with all that I would expect. Friendly receptionist, pleasant and clean room with all the facilities I expected, and a very comfortable bed.

Sadly, the Belvilla has changed ownership once again and the facility is not worth giving any consideration at all. We checked in and immediately checked out. Bathrooms full of mold, carpets smelled, restaurant was torn up. I would strongly advise others to find another option if you are staying in Crewe.
