Fair enough. Unfortunately, turning a five-minute check-in into a forty-minute ordeal took some effort. The mobile check-in failed because it couldn’t verify my ID. Support confidently insisted the issue was Airplane Mode, despite me being connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi and the problem clearly……
