“I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy.”

“Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were not well upset including the bathrooms. I also work in property management and if you want to leave s good impression and good experience, the maintenance and upkeeping needs to be done. I saw a few roaches and other pests, holes in blankets, mold, curtains. caulking needed to be done, the list goes on.”
