“Great place, nice people”

“We travelled with our dogs and had a great welcoming from the host who seemed like she would do anything to help. Location is closely to the town centre and parking closeby was easy. Breakfast was brilliant and very fresh definitely set us up for our day. Bed was comfortable so we had a goodnight sleep”

“We received a very warm welcome from the host. The room was very clean, spacious and with falbous Seaview. The breakfast was good and fresh. The host provided very useful tips in visiting and duning in Cornwall. Definitely we will revisit Cornwall and stay in Green Apple B&B.”

“Good location on the promenade. Most staff generally very enthusiastic and helpful Room was generally good and comfortable. Good supply of tea and coffee making material and crisps and biscuits. However I needed to report that the bathroom door would not close properly. Bath sink looked cracked and shabby Breakfast on day 1 went smoothly. Table was laid and the hostess on duty was very helpful and keen. Breakfast on day 2 not so good. Arrived in the dining room to find plenty of empty tables……

“This is a gem. We are high end travellers and this is probably the best service we have ever experienced. The staff were very attentive and obviously take great pride in their work and the property. The food quality was excellent and consequently we ate there most nights.”
