"Lovely Easter break! The 'Owl' room was ideal for the four of us, as has bunks for the kids & a fabulous super-king bed. Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. "The best welcome at reception to a short-break possible; carried on by every member of staff. Not experienced such a warm and friendly staff crew in a long time. Parking was easy, something we dread in Cornwall, and reasonably priced at £10 per night. Our room (Jubilee) was clean and bright and spacious. Very large balcony with great views over St Michael’s Mount and the bay. The dining area, split into two: seaside traditional and seaside modern was lovely; with views from pretty much all of the tables. The sharing or starter plates were all interesting, we managed most of them over two nights. A brilliant little hotel, highly recommended. "
