The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again."

The owners are caring and thoughtful. They tracked my flight to ensure that someone was there to greet me. As a solo female traveler, I appreciated the security gate, the small size and the proximity to the ferry. St John is incredibly safe and close-knit.
