Perfect location
This house offered plenty of room to bring a few friends . The location was great , and the windows in the back offer a beautiful view . Docking your boat was very easy , just need to make sure you bring plenty of bumpers . If I had to complain about one thing , it would be there were very few pool towels for a house this size . We enjoyed our stay .

Lovely house and Great location
We greatly enjoyed our stay: wonderful sunrises, beautiful views of the river, and fishing from the backyard. Also, the bunkroom in the lower level of the house made for a great sleeping arrangment for my close friends as we entertained coworkers. Also, the living room makes for a great place to spend time with guests. Thank you so much!

Great property
When we arrived the door to the lanai from the master bedroom was wide open and the house was quite warm as a result. The garage was messy and the yard was overgrown. The landscaper came while we were there enjoying the pool and outside area so that was a bit of a disturbance. The dishwasher was loaded when we arrived and there were towels in the dryer. Overall, we enjoyed the property especially the view and downstairs was perfect for the kids.

Great Location!
This home boasts stunning views and a prime location just off the main channel. Our kids had a blast kayaking and fishing right from the dock. The owner was prompt in their response and graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. Areas for improvement: Additional silverware is needed as the kitchen currently has some plastic utensils. The master bedroom would benefit from the addition of curtains. The couch and chairs in the main living room show signs of wear and stains, and they would greatly benefit from an update. The back porch screen door is torn, and the entire area could use a thorough pressure wash. While the home could benefit from some updates, it’s still nice. . We would definitely consider staying here again due to its excellent location, stunning views and suitability for families with children.

“Not too far from home” summer vacation.
We brought our three generation, 14 member family to this home for our one week summer family vacation together. It was spacious, scenic, located in a wonderful neighborhood, and equipped with everything you might need including; two boat docks, several kayaks, a pool, a yard swing, and plenty of river wall edge for fishing. The huge kitchen dining table, which sat all of us simultaneously, was the focal point of all of our activities and the location of most of our family pictures. To top off the overall experience, the house manager and house owner both responded to my plea for assistance with retrieving some forgotten belongings. This was done with kindness and promptness. We’ll be back again.

Fantastic house in a great area
We went for a 4 day family trip with multiple generations and loved it. The house is huge and the ground floor living area allows for everyone to have their own space. Views are incredible! We rent places on the coast monthly and this one is top notch. It seems like most of the minor complaints from other reviews have been addressed. We didn't come across anything missing that we would have wanted or needed, and the couple of really negative reviews seem off base. There is ample parking (we had 4 vehicles and a boat trailer and had extra room). Communication was prompt, and while we didn't have any issues during our stay Ginger responded to my one suggestion ASAP. We're looking forward to going back!

Great place for our family reunion.
The property was/is great! There were several issues that needed to be addressed. The master bedroom had two lamps, neither of them worked. We're readers, so that was a problem. We called the property manager, no action was taken though. The fire pit/place was full of burnt up beer cans and other stuff. I had to clean it up myself. Then it was great! The nice FireStone flat iron grill was completely covered in rust (gross) but after I cleaned it, it worked fine. There were three propane tanks for the grill, two were empty and the third had just enough gas for us to grill one time. Again, we told the property manager the first night (of 3 nights), to no avail. Overall, we had a great time. Mostly because we weren't going to let some of those 'let downs' cloudy up the skys. I think the property manager needs a checklist or inventory sheet or something. That part was very unprofessional. Sad how easy that is to fix. Enjoy!

Perfect for large groups
This house was perfect for our large group of teens and parents. The large dining room table provided enough room for all of us to gather in the evenings and eat and play cards. There are a few minor suggestions to enhance the stay: more blankets and towels, and a couple more basic kitchen cooking pans (like 9x13 dish), but other than that the house is situated on a beautiful lot and provides space and many of the amenities needed for a large group gathering. We had a lot of fun learning about the Crystal River area and swimming with manatees and visiting Homosassa Springs State Park and 3 Sisters Springs and kayaking with Nature Eco tours- highly recommend those activities!

Pick another property, zero efforts of upkeep
Sadly this home and view have zero support as it pertains to upkeep and maintenance. Safety obviously not important to owners as the dock has boards MISSING or loose. Main stairway handrail post very deteriorated offering no safety or protection. More light bulbs missing or not working than do. Not 1 bath fan works. No lights at all in laundry room! Exterior second level porch light not working. Screen porch screening torn and flapping in the wind. Pool not clean. Debris from previous visitors remaining. We have been renting multiple vacation homes several times per year for 20 plus years, this house was in the worst conditions we have ever seen.

Relaxing Scallop Retreat
It was a beautiful 2 story house overlooking King’s Bay. The house appeared as it had been described in the listing. Tastefully decorated in a nautical theme with plenty of furnishings in each room. We stayed in the master which had access to the upstairs porch overlooking the water and a huge master bathroom. The kitchen was on the upper level and stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Also on the upper level was 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry and a huge table and eating space overlooking the water. The downstairs had a kitchenette type space with 2nd refrigerator, a dining table, large sectional sofa, tv, separate bunk room and a bathroom. All tastefully decorated and was able to comfortably sleep 5 people (there was still room for additional people). The pool was kept clean as well as the deck and attached screen room. We brought 2 boats with us, one a 24ft Carolina Skiff and a 22ft Pathfinder. We were able to fit both on opposite sides of the dock. I would recommend bringing extra ropes and buoys to tie boats down safely as it is in a high boat traffic area. We threw an anchor out off the bow of the boat after we backed in…..had no problems. Overall we had a fantastic stay! Plenty of great boating/scalloping, shopping and eating as the area also has numerous restaurants and bars. Thanks for a great time! We would definitely come back!

GATHERING 16 family members for our yearly reunion was EASY. The hard part was finding a place that we could call home for a week. 2436 N. Watersedge Dr WAS PERFECT! PERFECT bedrooms, PERFECT gathering table for meals, especially our Blue Crab boil, easy sitting areas to relax, read or hold a granchild or two, PERFECT pool to frolick and play watergames, lots of wide open space to fly kites, a nice DOCK for our fishing 🚢 boat to go scalloping, and deep sea 🐟 🎣 . I could go on and on. Truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ginger

Scalloping Trip
The house is in a great location and we loved being able to use the dock for our boat. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen has a large table that can accommodate 12+ people. However, there are not enough bath towels in the house and no pool towels at all. The range temperature readout is broken. The outside hose is full of holes. Many lightbulbs were out and need to be replaced. The master bedroom has NO blinds or curtains that cover the doors that lead outside so by 7:00am it is full daylight in the room. Outside by the pool area needs to be cleaned up as well.

Large family Gathering
The property was in a great location. It was clean and had all of the essentials. One concern regarding boating, as most people probably come for fishing or scalloping is that you are in the main channel with many boats/ wakes and no way to prevent your docked boat from getting pummeled. The use of a boat lift would have been ideal or use of the mooring whips. Everything else was great.

Family Friendly
Hopefully this is helpful for those planning their visit to the house.- Pros: The house was set up great for large families. Lots of space inside and out. Between the pool, lawn games, board games, and kayaks there was lots to do. Great views and a short boat ride to 3 sisters springs. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you need. Cons: Although the kitchen has everything you need, for a “million dollar” listing the stove screen is broken, a missing lid to the blender that smells like melting plastic when you use it, cob webs throughout the kitchen ceilings and just about the cheapest microwave they sell at Walmart. If you like full size bath towels plan to bring some. For boaters- the description says up to two boats fit- only one fits safely. The house is located in a 25mph zone which causes any boat docked to swing back and forth- we had to go out and buy more dock ropes to tie the boat up so it wouldn’t hit the pilings. We are seasoned boaters and did not feel comfortable with the docking situation. Finally, this million dollar listing also comes with rodents. Yes, we found rats out on the back porch by the pool and near the driveway. This house has great bones and such amazing potential, unfortunately it seems that it hasn’t been kept up as well as it should.
